The Harry Potter movies cut several plotlines from the books, but the possible TV series remake can remedy those changes. Film adaptations only have a limited amount of time to squeeze in all the information from a book, which means that even important context will likely get left out. This is incredibly frustrating to book readers eager to see some of their favorite moments on the big screen, only to be let down. However, now that the Harry Potter series is close to getting a TV adaptation, it’s an opportunity to get these plot points back into Harry’s story.
